simdilik sadece caba gösteriyorum...birgün tüm tariflerim arsivde yerini alacak... mutlaka...

Shame on be! I'm soooo late (only for 3-4 months?) Dear Celia tagged me in July for this meme but I said always next week now I'm happy to do this and dissolve my promise.
Firstifull I had to say that I don't know have so many books and those them I have are mostly in German. But this is changing or will be changed. I learned many new names from the non-german and non-turkish food literatur through blogging. Now I have a long list with books I slowly want to buy or wish as present:) Else I have to say that I use the public libary in all the cities I lived till now. Sometimes I can't remember of the author or the book but I know between which cookbooks one stay, from which the recipe is.

1. Total number of cookbooks I own.

I don't have so much cookbooks. It's about 25 (without the food magazines and clippings)
This are some of my turkish cookbooks which are written in german!!!

This are the cookbooks which have a big influence of my baking experience;) Very Dr. Oetker dominated. They are good to bake easy wonderfull cakes. I borrow more bakery books from my sister. She has very much cake recipes. Normaly in our family she is the baking part and I'm the cooking part. Nowdays I try recipes from Betty Bossi, which is a popular name here in Switzerland.

So this are some of the cookbooks I offen use.

4. Five (cook)books that mean a lot to me.
Every cookbook means a lot for me;) But I made a decision:

Biz Kadinlar by Gülriz Sururi - with this meme I found out , this is my first cookbook! I was about 13 years old and my uncle gifted it. It has a handsignation of her. It's not a cookbook only it's a lifestyle book. I think she guided me or give me inspiration to create new recipes from ordinary ingredients.

Das Türkische Kochbuch by Nevin Halici -may be it is a turkish cookbook which is not easy to cook after for non-turkish people but I like it because she always explains recipes with different informations about them. It's a very good source of information about turkish recipes for me. By the way I read that she has a new book in english.

Backbuch Zwergenstübchen, Elke Schuster
It's one of my cherished cookbooks. There are so lovely illustrations - so I can feel a little bit child;) I have this book over 10 years, at that time I was young;) and know I have a son who looks in this book and specifies the igredients:) The recipes are nice, too.

Schweizer Konditorei by Fachschule Richemont - this is a Book of a Patisserie Scool in Luzern. This book was a gift but I like it very much because it's the whole sorts of swiss Patisserie. I learned only by looking very much. It's a pity that there are not the recipes from all of the sweets.

Reis von Risotto bis Sushi by Clare Ferguson- this is a book about rice. There so many way to cook with rice and this book makes a journey all over the world. or dishes.

2. Last cookbook I bought.

Mevsimlerler gelen lezzetler by Tijen Inaltong - Tijen is a clunary writer, who has a personal blog, too. This book as her other books are a cookbook only. The chinese five element theory (inspires) is used in researching, selecting and creating the recipes. This one can be called as a guide how to cook good unison with the natur especially with the turkish natur (ordinary igredients).

3. Last food/cook book I read.

There are two. One is a turkish patiserrie book I brought from my sister "beyaz mutfak". The other one is a present, it's a book about the regional kitchen of Basel.

5. Which five people would you like to see fill this out in their blog?

For the german Version I want to tag Zorra, who had answered a similar meme but I think not this one. For the turkish version I will tag evcini, whose books I'm really curious. And I want to know which books Hatice has. In english I want to tag Zinnur.
